How It Works
- Login to DLC My Account: Enroll in AutoPay as the main account holder.
- Before Your Current Bill is Due: If you enroll before your current bill is due, continue to pay as usual.
- Confirmation Email: You'll receive a confirmation email upon enrollment.

Active Enrollment: Your AutoPay enrollment is active when your bill states "DO NOT PAY" at the bottom of page one. The amount due will be processed on your due date.

Manage Enrollment
To update your bank account information or cancel your AutoPay enrollment, log in as the main account holder.
CAP Customers
If you were a CAP customer removed from the CAP program, for a reason other than reaching over income requirements, your AutoPay will be canceled, and you will need to re-enroll.
